Pt @ I promised! New Years Resolutions!

PT 2 New Years Resolutions. Learn something new the Brain needs exercise just like your body does. People that think outside the box are less likely to have age related, or memory loss. If crosswords aren’t your thing consider an online game or course. Giving to you is the best you can ever do!
Quit Smoking, you can do it without the feared gaining weight. Try some good habits to replace the old. Oral Gratification seems to be a big part of this issue. Chew on a Cinnamon stick or celery sticks, listen if you need to seriously address this issue there is no harm in talking to your DR about this! Sometimes Drs prescribe a medicine known as Wellbutrin to help and it has had some positive feedback.
Most of all know that you are worth it!
